  I received a package from my friend today, sent from this location. These fools charged him for a 3 lb package. It felt way too light, so I weighed it and it was 13 oz. Overcharging crooks!

  I haven't been able to access my mailbox after hours because I'm waiting for my access code that I should have received the first day. I was told twice by two different people in the store that they can call me and give me my access code over the phone. Its been two weeks already and I still have not received any phone calls about my access code , I am highly upset about this because I have important mail that I need and I can't get it because they are closed on Sunday and they close at 4pm on Saturdays which is stupid. It doesn't make sense for them to open at all on Saturdays they are open from 10am-4pm and mon-fri from 8am-6:30pm I hate that ups doesn't have any corporate locations. I hate franchises they're not operated like corporate locations I think I might switch to another location Asap.

  I've used this place several times over the past year and the experience has always been a pleasant one. It's never very busy so I don't have to wait in line. The people have always been friendly and efficient so I can get in and get out.

  Disappointed today at the attitude of the guy who was there this morning, April 3, 2017 at 9:05 am. I had a return package to Amazon and had already printed out everything at home. He tried 3x to sell me tape and I said he can tape it for me (just like they usually do every time I have been there in the past) Instead, this guy grumbled that he would tape the box for me "this time", as if he were doing me some kind of big favor. Even though its a little out of my way, I am going to switch to the UPS store up the street in Warson Woods, unless somebody cares enough to read this and provide an explanation. Thanks
